Vibraphonist, Composer, Arranger, Producer, Trumpeter, Drumer
Joshua Strange takes music wherever he goes, spanning a multitude of genres, disciplines, and cities. Strange attended the Conservatory of Music at UC, studying under Rusty Burge, and completed his degree at Wilberforce University. Producing two songs on Nas’s “King’s Disease II” album landed him a Grammy nomination for Best Rap Album in 2021. He has shared the stage with jazz legends such as JD Allen, Warren Wolf, Mike Wade, Rob Dixon, Cedric Easton, and Brandon Meeks. He is an avid educator working at multiple schools in the Cincinnati Public School district teaching general music, drumline, and jazz.
